The Migrant Youth Vision Program (MYVP) links young people to education, training, employment, and sport. It works to understand the needs and goals of each individual to develop motivated, skilled, focused individuals who are ready to participate in these areas of the community.



Position Description

Students will assist with Employment Drop In sessions to help refugee youth develop resumes, cover letters, search for job opportunities, apply for jobs and provide support as necessary.

Position Requirements

  • Blue Card (volunteer or paid work categories).
  • Literacy with MS Word

When & Where

Mondays and Tuesdays weekly 3pm – 5:30pm

Mondays – Inala PCYC, QLD
Tuesdays - 28 Dibley St Woollongabba QLD

*Students do not need to attend both days.

Provide resume and cover letter outlining skills and motivations relevant to supporting refugee youth to secure employment.
