Dr Brianna Chesser


Dr Brianna Chesser is a Lecturer in Criminal Law and Evidence in the Thomas More Law School. Dr. Chesser is admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria, a Solicitor of the High Court of Australia and she is also a registered Psychologist. Her research interests primarily lie in the intersection of the criminal law and psychology.

Brianna has undertaken extensive study in several areas including Law, Psychology and Music, and has obtained the following qualifications:

She has published in the areas of therapeutic jurisprudence, mental health courts and the criminal law and is currently working on several research projects including; borderline personality disorder and criminal offending; and psychological wellbeing within the legal profession.
