The Office of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Catholic Mission) is responsible for all mission-related operations of the University.
The portfolio includes the Directorate of Catholic Mission, ACU Centre for Liturgy, Campus Ministry and ACU Engagement. The Office of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Catholic Mission) oversees the animation of programs and activities that engage, celebrate and support the University community's development in and understanding of our mission, Catholic identity and living traditions.
ACU Engagement provides opportunities for staff and students to work with marginalised communities to build capacity and affirm human dignity, through Service Learning and scholarly expertise and research assistance, to organisations working in areas that are central to ACU's mission and ethos as a Catholic university.
Identity and Mission works to provide staff with opportunities to develop a greater understanding of the mission of the University, and how it interacts with their professional and personal lives.
The ACU Rome Campus facilitates and supports the University's multi-dimensional global engagement with the Church which is critical to the ACU's position as a globally renowned Catholic university
The ACU Centre for Liturgy provides specialist expertise, teaching, research and formation in liturgical studies, sacramental theology, and the sacred arts.
