This form is for current and former ACU students to request an official academic transcript, available either as a secure digital document via My eQuals or as a hardcopy. If you have any questions about ordering a transcript, please contact AskACU.
Academic transcripts are printed with the results recorded at the time your order is processed. AskACU cannot delay or hold transcript orders due to IP, RP, or any other administrative grades. If you currently have an administrative grade, please wait until it has been finalised before submitting your request. You can check your results in Student Connect under the ‘My Enrolment’ tab.
Note: If you studied at a predecessor institution not formally known as Australian Catholic University, please contact AskACU for further assistance.
Cost: $25 current and past students.
Note: If there is a hold on your student record, your transcript request cannot be submitted. Current students should check their Student Connect account before completing this form.
Completed your course?
A digital copy of your final Academic Transcript will be issued via My eQuals. You will receive an email to your ACU student account once your course completion has been confirmed, with instructions on how to access your transcript online.
Changed your name?
If you want your transcript to show your current name, you must first complete the
CN: Change of Name application form, along with certified documentary evidence to have your name officially changed on your ACU record.
Please note: If you choose to collect your transcript from the AskACU Centre, please ensure you carry a hardcopy of your identification document.
