We offer a number of diploma programs to both domestic and international students. These programs are designed to support your application into specific undergraduate degrees.

Why study a diploma?

  • Fast track into second year: When you successfully complete a diploma program, you gain credit for the first year of undergraduate study, meaning you can transition directly into the second year of a related bachelor’s degree.
  • Develop skills in your chosen discipline: Study course content that mirrors the academic concepts taught in the first year of undergraduate studies. Develop industry knowledge and critical skills by participating in workshops and classes, where you’ll be encouraged to ask questions, discuss and collaborate with your peers and teachers.
  • Be supported to succeed: Receive attention and guidance from teachers who understand your learning needs. You’ll be equipped with the academic, communications and study skills to make your transition to university life easier, ensuring you are ready to succeed academically.
  • Be part of the community: Attend classes on campus at ACU (some programs run remotely), allowing you to become familiar with the university environment and access facilities such as library resources, academic support, student welfare and lots of fun activities and events. You’ll be part of a diverse cohort of peers, allowing you to develop networks and friendships to accompany you throughout your entire university journey.

  • A supportive learning environment: Our commitment to delivering a highly supportive experience begins with the quality of our teaching staff. Our diplomas are taught by staff who come from a variety of backgrounds, industries and academic disciplines. In fact, many of them are experienced in teaching English to speakers of other languages.
