This short course explores the theological virtues that lie at the heart of Christian faith and theology.
Faith, Hope and Love will explore what the 'theological virtues' are and how they serve as the means through which Christ transforms our lives, relationships and actions.
Delivered across four face-to-face sessions based at our Melbourne campus, the course will examine the concept of virtue, focusing specifically on the three theological virtues: faith, hope and love (charity).

Session 2: 12 March, 6 - 8pm
Faith - Dr Nigel Zimmermann (Director Catholic Mission and Identity, Melbourne Archdiocese Catholic Schools)
Session 3: 19 March, 6 - 8pm
Love -Dr Antonia Pizzey (Acting Deputy Head and Senior Lecturer, School of Theology, ACU)
Session 4: 26 March, 6 - 8pm
Hope - Dr Benjamin R DeSpain (Research Fellow, Institute for Religion and Critical Inquiry, ACU)
Each session will include light refreshments. ACU staff and students can attend for free.
1 Professional development accreditation under specific programs is provided with the local Catholic Education Office (CEO) and differs by state. Please visit the relevant city’s short course page for specific information about accreditation. Short courses do not involve assessment and cannot be used for university credit. They are general introduction courses, open to the public.
